Monday 8/30- All Rest Stop Fund Raiser Goodies and supplies to Diane Clinton by end of day today

Tuesday 8/31- MB rehersal 5:45pm to 8pm
Tuesday 8/31- Rest Stop Fundraiser
Wednesday 9/1- Rest Stop Fundraiser

Thursday 9/2- MB rehersal 5:45 to 8pm

Friday-Sunday- PIG OUT in the park fundraiser…if you already volunteered then I will be calling you later this week to remind you of your shift.

WE HAVE 4 MORE SHIFTS THAT HAVE BEEN OPENED TO US THAT I NEED VOLUNTEERS FOR!!

Saturday 9/4- 11am – 5pm 2 People
Sunday 9/5- 5pm – 11pm 2 People

Please email me as soon as possible if you can help with these. For those who don’t know we help the Longhorn BBQ downtown in the park to serve food that they sell. We work for them and the pay goes toward the band general fund. It is a good fundraiser so please let me know if you can help. If we can not fill these shifts then we lose this money for our band.

Thanks to all that came to the BBQ and band show last Friday. It was fun to get on the field with the students!

Freshmen- Chips, dip or side dishes
Sophomores- Ice Cream and or Ice Cream Toppings
Juniors- Salads, veggies or side dishes
Seniors- Drinks or Hamburger or Hot Dog Buns

Band Camp at Camp White went GREAT and the kids have been working really hard this week. Come out and see what they have accomplished in just 2 short weeks.

HELP ON YOUR SHOW MUSIC

I will be at WVHS to help anyone with their music on the following days:

Monday – August 2 (6:00 – 7:30 PM)
Monday – August 9 (6:00 – 7:30 PM)

Just a reminder… don’t memorize your music until you’ve been assigned a specific part. See you on Monday.

Car Wash this Saturday July 24th from 10-4.

Shifts are 10-1 and then 1-4.

We need students to either email or text if they want to work. We will also be having the drum majors contact students to see if they will work.

We also need parents to help with the 1-4 shift. Please let Sam know if you can help with the 1-4 shift.
